My Mac Word version updated in March 2024 does not present the table to text choice under layout. Under Table dropdown there is only a greyed out Text to table. what is wrong with my version?

So to open wps file in word I need to save it as .doc. But to do that I need to open the file... I can not save the file as .doc without the program that created the .wps program.

what is the option?
This is almost perfect, but it doesn’t include Windows (which I’ve recently -and sadly- switched to). If you align to left (even if you have the words highlighted), it moves the page number as well.
